It’s time to apply everything you have learned and your creativity to design your own Urbankick class! You have the creative license to design the class because we believe you are the expert. In this section, we will walk you through the steps to designing your Urbankick class using puzzle pieces and glue. The key is to design a class that’s fun and has the flow that makes sense to you.

Objectives:

• Understand how to use puzzle pieces and glue to design a class
• Create a formula to the design that makes most sense to you
• Demonstrate proper use of glue to transition from one puzzle piece to the next AND to switch leads for sequences
• Demonstrate how to effectively implement an athletic or H.I.I.T. drill
